Bishop Hedley pupils take break from Rome trip to pray for the Diocese

Pupils from Bishop Hedley High School, Merthyr Tydfil are currently enjoying a pilgrimage to the Eternal City.  Led by their chaplain, Fr. Christopher Hancock, the pupils visited the tomb of St. Paul this morning and sent a message to Archbishop George.  The message simply read “Greetings from Rome!” and included two photographs.  The first photograph was a group shot of pupils and chaplain together following the celebration of Mass at St. Paul’s.  The second …. well click the image below to read their Mass intention.

We wish Fr. Hancock and the pupils a continued safe and enjoyable pilgrimage.  We are praying for you and your safe return.
