Horrible Histories of the Old Testament

10th November 2018 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

With all the violence and killing that happens in many of the Old Testament books, how does it tie in with Jesus teaching to “Love our neighbour and pray for those who persecute you?” (Matthew 5:44)

On Saturday 10th November,Alan de Ste Croix will be helping us to explore some of the tricky bits of the Old Testament.  How do we make sense of this for modern times?

We will meet in St Philip Evans, Llanedeyrn Drive, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff. CF23 9UL at 10am until 3pm. All our Scripture Saturdays are free and there is no need to book, if you are able to make a donation to help cover our costs it will be gratefully received. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided but please bring your own packed lunch.
