The National Churches Trust’s Experiencing Sacred Wales project is supporting historic places of worship in Wales by providing free training for all involved with churches and chapels. Join us to discover how your place of worship can benefit from tourism; helping encourage visitors and raising funds.

This session will look at:

  • ways to reduce the negative impact of visitors
  • ways to increase the positive impact of visitors
  • encouraging engagement
  • considering the effects on buildings and people
  • short, medium and long term things you can do
  • ending on a positive

All involved in historic places of worship in Wales are invited to attend. This event is free of charge. The presentation (in pdf form) will be emailed to all attendees afterwards.

The workshops will be delivered in English.
