Mandatory Fire Risk Assessment Training – September 2021
Fire can have a devastating impact with the potential for serious injury to people and damage to property. In a parish setting a fire can mean the loss of a place for the community to worship or gather for fellowship while repairs are carried out. If there is an injury as well, this can have a devastating effect, not only on family, friends and colleagues of the victim but on those who have responsibilities for fire safety.
In our Archdiocese, we want to ensure that our clergy are fully aware of their responsibilities under fire safety law and ensure that a minimum standard of fire risk assessment has been completed for all our churches, churches and, where relevant, presbyteries. With our partner health and safety consultants, SafetyToolbox, we have developed fire safety risk assessment training which will be delivered in 2 webinar sessions.
Delivered by: Safety Toolbox
