OUR LADY IN THE BIBLE
What role does Our Lady play in our salvation? Why does she have such a special and unique place in the Catholic church? And how do we explain to our non-Catholic friends and family why we revere Mary?
On Saturday 28th October Fr Tim McGrath, parish priest of Bridgend, will lead us through the Scriptures that speak of Our Lady to help us deepen our understanding of her special and unique place in the economy of Salvation. He will also explore with us how to talk to non-Catholics about the particular devotion accorded to Our Lady in the Catholic Church as this is often a topic that provokes confusion, misunderstanding and sometimes division between Christians.
We will meet in in Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Gabalfa Avenue, Cardiff, SA1 CF14 2QQ at 10am until 3pm. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided but please bring your own packed lunch.
